New Dimension Cleaning Service is excited to now offer services to short term rentals, furnished apartments, and corporate apartments in Charlotte and the surrounding areas! For clients who rent out homes or apartments for short term rentals (such as VRBO, Airbnb, HomeAway, etc.)., or corporate apartments for out of town business associates, we will gladly help prepare the residence for your guests. We do not have a contract, so you can use us for your short-term rental, furnished rental or corporate apartments as often or as little as you need us. The rate will not change. Some of the features of this service are:

• We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. 
• We’re licensed and insured
• We can usually get you on the schedule within 24 hours of you contacting us.
• We don’t have a contract, so you can use us as often or as little as you need or cancel at any time without penalty (we just ask you give us 48 hours’ notice of cancellations so that we may try to find replacement hours for the cleaner).
• We can help restock items (when available), make notes of any supplies that are running low, wash towels/washcloths/sheets and replace them, sweep the porch and patio furniture and of course- clean the rental apartment!

Get your home, condo or apartment cleaned your way and in your time. Our scheduled cleaning services give you flexible scheduling options such as weekly, every other week, monthly, every 3 weeks, quarterly and more. If you decide to use New Dimension Cleaning Service weekly, or every other week, you will be able to have your cleaning on the same day, same time and by the same cleaner. (However, please keep in mind that people in this industry come and go, so in the event of a change of cleaners we will notify you in advance to give you your new cleaners name. Day and time will remain the same.) You will always receive a call the day before to confirm your scheduled cleaning.

At New Dimension Cleaning Service there are no contracts or obligations. We are confident that if you are satisfied with our service you will contact us again and again for your cleaning needs. In fact, we have operated this way since 2013, building our business one happy client at a time.

When recurring cleaning service is scheduled every three weeks or monthly, we call you on Tuesday the week before to give you the day we have you scheduled for cleaning service. So be sure to put us on your calendar! You will also receive a call the day before to confirm the time of your scheduled cleaning and to let you know who will be cleaning for you.

We can customize the services to fit your need, just ask! Our normal one time, scheduled or recurring cleaning services consist of:

• Dust baseboards, window ledges and ceiling fans (within reach)
• Dust all furniture including legs, pictures
• Clean and shine mirrors and glass furniture
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
• Dust and damp mop hardwood floors with vinegar and water
• Clean and disinfect all bathrooms including tub, tile, shower, toilet, vanity, lights above mirrors, mirrors and floors.
• In the kitchen we wipe down appliances including top of refrigerator, disinfect counters, clean inside of microwave, scrub sink and mop kitchen floor. 
• Make all beds 
• Clean and mop laundry room floor

Get a deep cleaning any season. Our seasonal cleaning service consists of:

• Dust baseboards, window ledges and ceiling fans (within reach) 
• Dust and polish furniture including legs, pictures
• Clean and shine mirrors and glass furniture
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Dust and damp mop hardwood floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms including tub, tile, shower, toilet, vanity, lights above mirrors, mirrors and floors.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, tables, sinks, fixtures and floors
• Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances, and interior of the microwave
• Make all beds
• Clean and mop laundry room floor
• Baseboards, window casings and ledges washed (not just dusted)
• Front and sides of cabinets washed
• Blinds, doors and door frames dusted or wiped down
• Clean light fixtures and wipe off light switches
• Wash all wood work
• Clean ceiling fans (if they can be reached)
• Dust and/or vacuum furniture including legs
• Shelves or book cases: all items removed, dusted and replaced, thoroughly clean shelves
• Dust pictures
• Clean mirrors (including tops)
